Drone Simulator

During my 4th semester, in the class Game Audio, we learned the basics of Unity and C#. To put our skills into practice, we organized a 48-hour game jam. In those two days, I created my very first game from scratch in Unity: Drone Simulator – a small, playful minigame where you fly a drone through hoops while dodging rockets. You can even try it out yourself by following the link below.

Since the focus of the jam was on learning quickly, the game is rough around the edges: it’s buggy, and I didn’t dedicate time to the sound design. Still, I was impressed by how much I managed to build in such a short timeframe. More importantly, the process gave me valuable hands-on experience with C# coding and game development workflows.

This project was a stepping stone that allowed me to take on bigger and more ambitious ideas – including my second game, Cryptohacker, where I could finally dive deeper into sound design and composition.
